    Hasn't been a question since 2009... So I guess it's more likely that they will include one. I actually wouldn't mind a case study question since I got 19/20 and 20/20 for a school assessment and trial respectively.

    Well the maximum you can get in standard is a band five. If you get a mark higher than 90, it will be scaled down to the 80s. The rationale behind this is that if you are good enough to get a band 6 in standard, you should have done advanced. But otherwise, not sure. A 75 in advanced would be...
