shes sort of right, i mean 6 or 7 people got band 6 in standard in 2006, last year around 63 people got a band 6, so it isnt like how it was before, but its still a very low percentage

aligned marks have nothing to do with the atar calculation 90 is heaps achievable, with those raw marks ud get a band 6 in general maths, physics and business, a high band 5 for legal definately, a high band 4 to low band 5 for english id estimate 90+

im 1st in standard english, and i got higher marks in paper 1 and paper 2 in the trial than about 90% of the advanced english class, am i heaps disadvantaged though compared to all these advanced students when it comes to scaling overall? with the external exam and everything

u get up to 10 bonus points if u choose to do construction management at uws dependant on ur post code and hsc results, check the website and with ur ranks, u can get an atar in the 70s i reckon, really depends how good you did and how good your class did in that subject, 70+ raw in those...
