    yeah. just push cancel instead of swiping card. if you havent got a cheque from that acct before it will ask for bank name, branch, address etc. oh and only for the sale amount from them.

    the policy we go by is 1 cheque per week (and take drivers licence details). i've never done a travellers cheque so i wouldn't know what you do with that :P probably the same dealio.

    1 is Trainee. 2 is Normal. 3 is Supervisor. 4 is Manager. I'm pretty sure 1 just has a lower threshold for control checks than 2 (like things that normally a level 2 person can do without problems will bring up a control check). Anyways, it's defunct - all operators should have 1 & 2 ticked.
