Wouldnt one UAI points means more then 1% of the people who sit the HSC? I remember there is more then 1% people like 1.7 . . who gets about 99 UAI, thus 1 uai dosent mean 1% . . . also the fact that the lowest UAI is 30 . . would suggest that 1 uai does not equal to 1% of student . . . logical...
