Lol yeah... the lines are just so pre-meditated it comes across as just being silly. Especially with Date My Mom when they are running down to the beach together and 90% of the time the girl is in this nice dress and she's wearing joggers so she doesn't slip! Hilarious.

Yeah, it's definately extremely competitive from what I've heard because I too want to get into that industry but I don't think it's discriminatory against different races etc.

I'm struggling for ideas as well so I ended up deciding to refine one that I wrote for half yearly's that I got 12/15 for. Hopefully make it a 15/15 story. I'll just be worried if it isn't a short story thing and if they change it around to something like a journal entry or feature article...
