Your ranks are pretty good, which will help you considerably. BUT No offence, if you get the same marks you got in your trials for the HSC you wont be looking at a flash atar. From your current situation id say 80ish at best. You really need to get a few band 5's to score higher

    Atar estimate from trials!

To be honest with you, I would most likely say your'e looking at 75-80 (80 at best), your sitting around the middle of all you're subjects which in the eyes of the board of studies is not that good. They will punish you for it. In order to maximise your atar you need to really like really kill...

Any chance of a 90 atar?

90 at best, your religion rank could have been better and your english is not the best. Those subjects will none the less still hurt your atar (considering one of your maths is not counted). Apart from those two everything else is looking pretty good.

    THB need some help here

Not to be a cunt, but you have to be more specific with your ranks in order to get a some what close estimate.
  5. S

    Atar estimate thanks.

Late 80's maybe early 90's I'd say. Good ranks :)

should i drop a subject now?

Go for it if you feel it will benefit you. I dropped Extension History today so its no biggie when you drop a subject.

    HSC Writing Paper

Our school for some reason has a shit-load of them. In the trials we actually used the real writing booklets from the Board of Studies. Pretty good for adjusting to it i guess.

    Teachers.

My economics teacher is really bad, we finished a whole case study on China in 45 minutes today... So yeah go figure.

    Still don't understand scaling

Fuck man, stop obsessing about the scaling of a subject... Get a fantastic rank with a fantastic mark in the HSC and scaling wont mean shit... same as every other subject.

    Post your CSSA MARKS HERE!

Got back English today. 74/105... Surprised actually considering that I found my related texts the night before. Just realised that me, a simple standardian beat some advanced people in paper 1, oh shiiett. Waiting for my overall rank now.

Hmmm should we be helping each other out now for externals??

Its pretty bad in some of my classes, for economics some cunts recorded the marks of people so they could calculate the internal marks at the end. Sorta creepy.

    How to remember it all...

I got an inclass ancient history exam tomorrow. Its personality based and we were given the questions beforehand so in this instance its a pretty good idea to write up an essay before hand and memorise it. NOT for the HSC though... RANT: I hate the fact i got an assessment worth 20% after the...

    Post your CSSA MARKS HERE!

True. End of the day it all comes down to knowing your content and marks reflect this, especially for subjects like economics and maths.

Hmmm should we be helping each other out now for externals??

There are heaps of selfish cunts in my classes as well EVEN AFTER TRIALS !!!!! There is no logic behind their stupidity, some faggots dont want to even tell us their marks for the trials...

    Post your CSSA MARKS HERE!

Wow, I thought it was just my class average that was pretty depressing. Our average is like 55ish...
