    free UMAT questions

The amount of tax determines whether a venture is profitable or not, so it depends on the percentage of tax on the profits from mining. That is good reasoning, maybe separate your lines of reasoning so they are easier to read. But otherwise you are spot on =) Hey guys I have moved the thread...

    Is 3 sciences too much

I did 3 sciences in yr 11 but dropped physics in year 12 because I didn't like it and wasn't achieving too great either. Positives: - Similar exam style and hence study pattern - Overlapping content - Considerable scaling potential - Widens your uni prospects (with pre-requisites etc)...

It is not so much whether you get the question right or wrong at this stage but the reasons you chose your answers. Although you are starting year 11, practice is practice and any practice can only make you better. No worries, I'm only trying to return the kindness given to me. I would...

How do I become a doctor?

After first semester, those who have done chem and those who haven't are equal. Medicine focuses much more on the patient itself, moving away from strict biochemistry and pharmacology. Success in medicine depends more on your thought process which is augmented by chemistry and biology.

Board of Studies lost my booklets the 2011 Maths exam, WHAT NOW?

That would piss me off so much. You will need proof that you actually completed the sections that were lost. Maybe contacting your maths high school teacher and/or principal explaining the solution may convince them to your cause.

why do so many asians do so good?

Anyone can do good if you work for it, reading widely helps. Asians may be more intuitive, but that is a gross assumption. Have to have the nature vs. nurture debate.
