i think 4 years is enough for belonging. journeys was 2004-2008, right? also yea, besides a syllabus change we will still be doing the same modules.

some people did find it hard though but overall it was easy. maybe too easy? :p

hmmm, in our school if you don't hand it in on the day you get zero. the detention thing is pretty slack though, lol. 3 hour detention on a Saturday :/ but to answer the question, i'm pretty sure that they have to give you a warning first in order to give you a chance to redeem yourself...

^5 hours. mx1 is a 2 hour exam while mx2 and math 2u are 3 hour exams

1 hour english essay second day back... :rolleyes: apart from that, not much this holidays

don't mention the plot unless it is going to add something to your argument. otherwise, you're just wasting valuable time/space.

i'm using jacaranda for chem/phys and cambridge for 3u math. but really the recommendations you get in this thread won't be different to what's in the sticky and since people have different opinions you'll probably find it just as 'confusing'. Maybe you should go look at some of the books and...

if journey is your AOS this year then you will never do control. i would trade it in. textbooks for english tend to be rather useless from my experience anyway.

not studying yet, just come home and do h/w if i have any (takes like 15 mins max) it's going ok i guess. not exciting, not sick of it, it's kinda just like any other year (so far)
