So the answer is C on paper but I keep feeling as if it's B. I was under the impression it doesn't need to be a closed circuit for there to be an induced Eddy Current just a surface for the electrons to move on. Would appreciate if someone explained why B isn't right.

I agree, Standing out the most is what is important. Having work experience or volunteering will help of course but if you can tell them about how you demonstrated some initiative during any one of these activities it'll mean a lot more.

That's the structure I had last year for my interview but I've been told by people that some districts have really changed it up and theres a group task that you have to do now and some other changes.

Talk to your Year Advisor, that's a long stretch though to get bonus points for. It's usually for more severe instances.
