I would assume they would be: living on campus, in some situations food is covered, no need to have to learn the city/suburb (which I'd strongly recommend), just go straight to your room after uni, no travel, etc. I could go on, but there are some advantages to on-campus living.

If $200 is too much for you, then don't bother trying to find anything remotely near Kensington/UNSW.

The negatives of alcohol far outweigh the positives. Plus alcoholic drinks taste horrible (imo). Sober ftw!

I'm in the exact same situation but I don't feel "entitled" to a concession card? That said, like many have mentioned, they won't ask.
