Its pretty stupid of BOSTES to put in all these multiple choice with 2 distinct answers for a number of questions, ive been blown away by everyone being able to backup their answers through past cases and legislation, flipping bostes!!!!!!

what about the question where the judge made a decision based off a previous court ruling??? answers were like statuatory guidlines, judicial guidlines etc etc

for those who did family and the alternate relationships question, i talked about same sex relationships and the changing relationships with surrogacy? is this surrogacy part accepted????????/

My plan for international crime in general was to discuss the icc, interpol, AFP and ACC. However as other people have mentioned, the icc only deals with crimes against the international community, not transnational crime. therefore i only talked about the other 3. wrote 6 pages for it so...

usually about 84. Probably 81 this year. i know it was a difficult exam, but i still dont think they would scale a high 70s mark to a band 6 tbh :)

Pretty rough multiple choice! the rest was pretty good though, goin for a raw of 88-92 What would a raw mark of 90 go to you reckon??? 94?

You can gain full marks without specifically referencing articles/sections , however it looks good and it certainly wouldn't be a bad idea if you're trying to suck up to the marker and gain an extra mark or move you into that top band

My teacher recommends at least one case per page :)

Thats a pretty good guess i reckon! incorporates a theme and challenge into a topic area (seems to be the trend over the past 2 years)
