I heard The topic their putting inplace of Conics is even more confusing and difficult, so good luck with that. Im doing graphs right now, and found conics much more easier. IMO graphings requires alot of general thinking skills which i find i lack, thats why i found conics easier as it is...

I don't see why you wouldn't give it ago, regardless of difficulty. You can always drop it if your finding it hard. as for conics, by the time you do the HSC it probably wont be in the syllabus anymore.
