All nighters do more harm than good. I need at least 3-4 hrs of sleep before an exam.

I agree. But I think it's ok to study till 3am; and you can still get a few hours of sleep. You can't afford to be be too tired next morning.

I tried this myself. Has a strange taste. Although it should be cheaper than coffee, I wouldn't spend money on such crap.
