yes they will impact upon your internal assessment mark but there's not much you can do about your past. you say you have trials, I assure you, ranks change a lot during trials so not all hope is lost you should aim to make the most of what you have left and try to maximise your marks from them...

year 11 is basically your trial year before year 12 kicks in so it's a good opportunity for you to start finding out what kind of study techniques works best for you and really just to see how everything is there's no one magical way to succeed, it's up to the individual. what I would suggest...

i'll add to what enoilgam said whilst being surrounded with supposedly more capable students will create a more motivating environment and might possibly motivate you to work harder, ultimately it's up to you high atars are easily attainable at any school if the student is good enough

going to a selective school does not automatically mean you'll get better grades lol

you guys have burnt out, take a break for a day or two, it'll help freshen you up and clear your mind then you can resume a study regime through a to-do list etc to help you guys keep on track
