    i think it depends on the school. im guessing most schools prioritise yr 11 entry first as they make up new spots.

For face-to-face students, it's the weekly quizzes mark average excluding ur highest and lowest mark. You have to get at least 90+ and it depends on rank. For online students, u go and...

    A3 and B basically the same, A3 might be a week ahead. A1 gets taught by Du and A1 and A2 are two or three weeks ahead.

    if ur able to get into other partially selective schools, then getting into extensions will be no problem for u. :)

    for my school ur automatically in 5.3 if ur in one of the two selective classes, and there's one 5.3 class for mainstream, sorted based on maths ranks (top 30 in the mainstream).

    I gave Hurlstone a call and the lady said that they're working on it and HAST might be cancelled. She doesn't know yet. She also said there are no spots up to yr 11 at the moment, really just depends on how many students are leaving.

    Congrats!! Don't they require you to take the HAST test? Two of three schools I'm applying for requires us to sit a test.

    My school has three campuses. Two of the three campuses is yr7-10 and partially selective. Then we all go to this senior campus. The senior campus is ranked 180s. Nah not really they don't teach you better and more in-depth. Plus would be that people in the selective classes are generally nicer...
