UNSW's req isn't higher in reality because of bonus points. People with 93 can get in- lower than USYD. Also, the law students of USYD are likely to do Com, whereas people doing Com in UNSW are less likely, so it seems anyway. Hence smart people :P That said, UNSW is also a good university.
