The way I see it, if you stick with this teacher you should do physics. Easily. This teacher is making you stressed, taking time away from your other subjects, and thus you are not enjoying doing music 2. However, if you can find another teacher, music 2 might be better in your interests...

In terms of things that I find good for my productivity and wellbeing... Find an app or focus timer or some tracker you actually care about your stats on to motivate you to study just that little bit more I've found having an ATAR goal kind of unrewarding as most of the courses I want to get...

I mean I'm not sure it's the healthiest way to motivate yourself but at the end of the day whatever works right?

My progress: Read through a textbook for Ancient History and forgot most of it immediately Otherwise I need to catch up on note but it's just such a big task that I really need to break it down and I haven't really done that yet lol

At my school maths is pretty good but we can't seem to hold down a physics or chem teacher lmao. I'm at a selective school that has to put a 2 class cap on physics and 3 on chem (we have a 4 class demand in both subjects) bc we don't have enough teachers 😭😭
