umm i'm not too sure i never pay attention to the time :S a stir fry maybe 10-20 minutes preparing the veggies and then another 10-20 minutes to cook everything a steak however long it takes to cook half an hour? - steak and stir fry is all i can cook :(

christian out of curiosity how do you cook the chicken breast? grill it, plain?
