MQ Combined law students - this outline is wrong, please correct it

Here's my reasoning for why the link's outline is wrong (see the link): Ok its given that 1 unit = 3cps and that you generally do 8 units per year (4 units per semester and 24 units all up for the year). It's also given that you do 9 electives (9 units) from 400 and 500 level LAW. So let's use...

MQ Combined law students - this outline is wrong, please correct it

So the people and planet units are counted separately to your second degree other than law? If that's that case then it makes sense. Also, how many credit points are available in the combined degree for your second degree other than law?

MQ Combined law students - this outline is wrong, please correct it

That's what I thought it should be, but in the link it shows there are 6 spaces for units in 400 level and 5 spaces for units in 500 level. So I'm like wtf?

MQ Combined law students - this outline is wrong, please correct it

See http://www.handbook.mq.edu.au/2011/DegreesDiplomas/Degree/Bachelor+of+Arts+with+the+degree+of+Bachelor+of+Laws There are only 9 electives yet there is space for 11, which takes away from units from the degree you combine with law earlier on. Could someone please tell me what the correct...

The thread title is "I kissed a girl (and I would've liked it, except..." So why the fuck do you end up liking it? Therefore this story fails.

John Howard, Kevin Rudd or Julia Gillard?

Worst and best based on what criteria?

How do you get 90+ in all subjects??

i hate people who do this
  8. P

    10 units vs 12 units???

less is more, therefore 10 units

How employable does a LLB make you for areas outside the legal profession?

Julia Gillard did law, but KRudd didn't - he did First Class Honours in Arts (Asian Studies).

What jobs would a major in Psychological Science make available?

You're right. No harm done then.

What jobs would a major in Psychological Science make available?

hahaa Back to all seriousness guys, I'm now thinking that a B Arts or something like that would suit me well... because I just can't reconcile psychology and law and I think I need the time in uni to help me find out what I like and want etc. If I do this its a bit annoying if I get a 90s ATAR...

What jobs would a major in Psychological Science make available?

A major in psychological science doesn't qualify me as a psychologist. To do that I would need to do the Psych undergrad degree plus three years postgrad... :/

What jobs would a major in Psychological Science make available?

Will do, and most of my friends have a better idea of what career they want haha

What jobs would a major in Psychological Science make available?

I guess what I meant is the best thing to do is to start off with the degree that covers the most bases then go from there. This is pretty stressful! haha

work experience as in interships? are there any other avenues?

What jobs would a major in Psychological Science make available?

My gut feeling is that I could go either way. Your right, I don't have to totally reconcile them now but I gotta decide where to best start from to give me enough flexibility later on. I guess the B Arts (Psychology) / B Laws would give me this. If I don't like psychology enough i could just...

What jobs would a major in Psychological Science make available?

Just curious, why do you guys say HR? What creative jobs in media and marketing are there? I haven't really been drawn to business/commerce/marketing. I like the psychological side of things, and like analytical jobs too which has led me to want to do psychology and law. The question is to what...

What jobs would a major in Psychological Science make available?

At this stage I can only really say broad areas of interest such as creative careers, interested in the arts, psychology, law, politics, philosophy etc etc And I don't think I will be doing another major.
