I do not think the law faculty is as bad as it is made out to be. In LAW208 (even though i hated this subject) we had guest lectureres from all walks of life eg barristers, in house counsel, Law society board members so its not to bad.

Sorry have you actually been to UWS and transferred to Mac? Because I have and that is what I experienced. If you talk to any of the law students who got into UWS with the required UAI or a bit lower you will understand i am not alone. All they do in class is ask stupid questions or do not pay...

Ancient is a lot better. It is more interesting and has a better HSC structure. I did both and absolutely loved ancient and hated modern. I dropped modern in term 3 of year 12 and kept ancient. ALthough it does depend on your interests.

What a sigh of relief! I did really well for the theory side of 200 but really bad in the prac. I am more of a theory type person. This subject sounds awesome! Are there any other theory based accounting subjects at the 200 or 300 level?

Although i have never failed I did get a 50 this semester for LAW 208 law lawyers and society. I dont know what i would do if i had to do it again although i didnt really do any work for it this semester (day before for the take home and legal ethics report lol!)

Joined the gym today. It is pretty good the cardio section is fantastic! Does anyone know how much it costs to hire out raquets for squash if you are a member? Also, can you hire a basketball for the hall?

Are these programs paid work or just for the experience? Obviously I would accept such a program if it were free just for the experience however, does anyone know?

I'm not sure if I have a virus on my computer or I have some how received something via bos but this site is saved in my favourites and I can not delete it. I press delete it goes away, and then I re-type bos and it comes up...

LOL totally agree. There are so many places for coffee around campus! At every corner I seem to see one.

The advisor allowed me to be enrol in 200 because its prerequisite is 106. I still think I should be be 1 or 2 200 level subjects behind. I also have to do the people and planet units but the advisor also said that BAS may be exempted for one of the units.
