Nope. I think it sounds good. I am struggling with a similar overused issue but honestly I think yours will be fine! It sounds like it has a lot of ways to develop etc. and you sound more than capable of doing it well. Aren't we meant to be choosing what we enjoy?? Therefore, I'd say go for it...

The plot thickens... When I spoke to my teacher today, she pretty much told me that both ideas I went to her with (one for a critical response and one that was a revised story idea) were 100% awful, unimaginative, no purpose etc etc. Way to make me feel good!

@joscat: I want to use pictures but I don't really know what kind of pictures will be relevent to my idea. I'm kinda OCD so hope to keep mine fairly neat (doubt it will work though). Does my idea really sound solid? :D That's ... reassuring. I have some thoughts for plot so hope to develop them...

@joscat: Um... the only critical responses I have really written are essays for English about texts and I have received good marks, admittedly, I just don't think they were sophisticated (e.g. idea/technique/effect etc.) and aren't EX2 majors overly sophisticated? Generally I get slightly lower...

School rank is 350+ :S ~ which is what is kind of frustrating. Ah, if only I went to a selective school. Not that I'd ever get at 99.95, but still. Even a 97 would be amazing. Wow. Highest ATAR at my school so far was somewhere between 95-96 I think... Thanks so much.
