Genetics is good for post-uni biology degree. And also, imo its good option if you're a logical, scientific kind of bent. Hard conceptually at times, but also more intetrresting.

+1 again to Mr. scattergun Trick is being able to give the perfect-seeming succinct answer, but also have little extras here amd there, becuz sometimes the marking guidelines can ask for stuff u wouln't think of. Write more if you have to, and ask xtra booklets, but don't overkill it...

Science does scale better than history...but if you're average in chem and awesome in history, it seems obvious to me that even with scaling you will perform MUCH better in history than in chem. The effect of scaling is minimal compared to the difference between 'average' and 'topping your class'
