Question 27. I just wanted to ask how people linked Customer Types and Financial Planning Cycle together? I thought that through affecting marketing strategies it wouldve lead to changes in the FPC, but I'm not sure at all what this fktarded question was trying to get at. Please, any insights?

Epic fail, why make things ambiguous? BoS? It's asif someone crammed trying to finish writing this test paper last night, thats how shit it looks. There's a fine line between catching people out with obscure questions and just being stupidly vague and fucktarded.

Imo was a badly set out test. Q27 made no sense whatsoever. How the heck do you link financial planning cycle with customer types? Sigh fail.
