I use this atm. Noone at my school to my knowledge uses fountain pens, except one person. I tried it once since I sit next to him in eco, and I couldn't write a sentence properly cos the positioning of the pen kept screwing with me. Jetstreams - fast, no smudge, but a bit on the expensive side.
