Up and go for breakfast bacon and egg mcmuffin, rice crackers and an apple for morning tea. a salad sandwich for lunch... like some hot chips for arvo. no dinner - maybe? .... as you can see i have quite a varrying diet. I will eat something healthy and then something fatty.
