What are the disadvantages of going to Insearch UTS?

Why aim for insearch? Why don't you just aim for the atar cut-off? To be quite frank UTS is not that hard to get into, they give 5 bonus points to almost everything...

Is it possible to not go to lectures and still do well?

I'm on the same boat as you, tbh i haven't learnt anything from my lecturers so far. When i go home and grind on my textbooks i get a lot more out of it. So i'm considering to skip lectures :P

    Veterinary Science Help

I remember considering this course to :P I think you have to sit for either STAT or UMAT (not sure). I know that there's an interview, and atar wise i think you need around 90+ for sure - probably more towards the high 90s Chemistry and Biology would be essential for this subject.

How to succeed in a grad job!

I've read your blog - how in the real world, companies will take into account relationship status etc... Well, is this also true with the uni you've also graduated from? Would the uni you've attended also affect your chances of receiving a job? E.g. Companies preferring USYD/UNSW students over...

What are the chances of getting accepted into...

Thanks a lot for the help, i'll rep you. What i meant about foundation subjects for science is like - mathematics and physics. The first in science requires you to go through biology, physics, mathematics and chemistry, after doing those you then pick a major. Where as medical science does not...

What are the chances of getting accepted into...

Hmmm, because i'm thinking of majoring medical science in a normal science degree anyway. So therefore if i were to do medical science @ UTS, it would save me some time - rather than doing the foundation subjects for science. So if i do successfully transfer to com/sci i might be able to skip...
