How will you organize your stuff?

Stationery shopping tomorrow as I will be away from the 5th-24th - in other words, all stationery would be gone :( Can't have that happening, so tomorrow it is:karate::o:skip:

    Who will you vote for?

If I could I would vote Liberals in the house an in the Senate and keep the great man Philip Ruddock MP as my local member. I'm more worried about the Senate and the Greens having balance of power - a scary thought as they would do deals with the Government failing us! Bring on the Greens...

    American Politics

Palin is a scary candidate. Predictions/Hopes for the GOP's 2012 ticket? I am hoping for a Mitch Daniels/Mitt Romney ticket - don't know what Mitch Daniels has done for Indiana? Look him up, fantastic person! Although he has said he doesnt wnat to run - BLAST! Your predictions?

How will you organize your stuff?

    Roll Call Prelim 2010

What about those of us who have no chance of getting a 99 ATAR - can you set up some sort of comiserations room and the party where we can drink away our misery?
  9. Senator111

Is it possible to achieve 99+ ATAR from taking both histories?

That is what I did and am ultimately happy with my choices. I did not wnat to do anything i have no interest in, as it would have diminished my willingness to work.

    Homosexuality in Australia

If you put it that way, I couldn't care less. I don't care what everyones view is as long as they decide their own and stick by it!

    Homosexuality in Australia

Oh well, I'm sure you can get your debate fix elsewhere! As for me, I may make the occasional comment in the thread now - but my view is now known and has been discussed and their is no longer need for me to post - until something else comes up in discussion, possibly later!

For sure, ANU as I love Canberra (pretty rare) - it is right their in the thick of politics and chances are I'll land a staffers job with an MP(possibly) That is why it would be good to be in Canberra. I want to move out of Sydney that is why! Definately keep me posted on what you reckon, how...

    Homosexuality in Australia

Well I'll respect that as I will say always, I may not agree with you but I will defend to the death your right to say it. I mean I'll always follow my convictions, as you said within reason. I mean I'd love to abolish welfare (unemployment benefits) Im happy to keep Aged, Carers and...

    Homosexuality in Australia

Then that would be at odds with your own convictions - I believe in sticking to my convictions and going from there. Let me make it clear, I would move no legislation from the floor restricting it, but if such legilastion was to come through - my vote would be aginst it. I believe...

    Homosexuality in Australia

I am not going to bend over backwards for them and lay down the red carpet - of course I will stand up for what I believe is right - and my voting record if a law maker should reflect what I say, correct? If you were an MP and a bill came up stating that we place no limits Muslim immigration...

    Homosexuality in Australia

Sprangler all it is is my personal belief - it is not my strong point by a long shot. I have not looked into it therefore cannot site references etc etc It is purely my personal conviction - nothing else to it.

    Homosexuality in Australia

As I said John McCain, I support their rights as if a married couple just to not be married. I fully support legislation etc as you said I do not believe in oppressing things - I would vote against such a thing is I was an MP or a Senator, but that would be my position! I don't know I have...

    Homosexuality in Australia

There we go, we got some sort of concensus on the marriage. We may not on the adoption but that is okay - debate is good! I believe in a childs fundamental right to be raised by a mother and a father. I believe a child needs both forms of influence on life, where possible (in those single...

The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed

I'm sure that was sarcastic but anyway, my view is my view! good ol' democarcy! I'm sure I will never be a Senator but 'tis my dream!
