    Well somtimes I will get error messages and the screens won't load so I have to sign out exit and start again. It will also submit two counts sometimes one will be correct and the other won't and if there are two counters it will submit counts on draws you haven't counted.

    I work at a fairly big store and of the 2 SM's ive worked under they only know cashiers names if there wearing a name badge and they dont know anythynig about frontend(i.e. call a service 10 when it busy they go to get bells and are like WTF?)

    Absolutely , but look at the setup there is no ventilation in the housing for the computers so all the hot air they produce stays there, ours get to the point were you have to turn them off and let them cool down before the even work properly again
