    What marks i everyone expecting from that exam? I found it relatively easy, only lost a few marks here and there, but not a very difficult exam

    Terry Lee Solutions

    fuck you, i hate you so much, now i KNOW i did shit. thanks
  8. madsam

    what happens if you make this mistake?

    if its crossed out and you havnt written another solution, they'll mark it but if you answered it twice and crossed the first one out, its the second that gets marked so just hope the second one was correct
  9. madsam

    Can You provide two solutions in your answers?

    assuming you didnt make two mistakes that cancelled each other out, then yeah more likely than not also, it depends if your answer was correct, but if you did do the same thing twice and got the same answer you probably did it right the first time, and thats the one you'll get marked on
  10. madsam

    Can You provide two solutions in your answers?

    why would you want to? If you do it right the first time you shouldn't have to They'll only mark the first answer, unless you specify a different answer to mark

    Question about Auxillary Method - Trig

    Express sinθ +√3cosθ in the form of Rsin(θ+@) --> 2(1/2 sinθ + √3/2cosθ) I find it easier to simply force in an R value then 1/2 = cos@ √3/2 = sin@ Draw the triangle, and you get @ = pi/3 --> 2sin(θ+pi/3)

    Underlining texts

    You need to emphasize what texts you're doing, either through underlining or writing in italics or whatever If you dont, you wont lose marks, but the examiner will be less inclined to think "band 5/6"
