is the band u get only from the hsc exam? or is it like the combined external and internal marks? e.g internal: is scaled to 75 external: 83 is your band 4 or 5? (i'm assuming band 4 is 70's band 5 is 80's)

hey my year is pretty small, like 40 people. Do rankings really matter with a school that small?, so say your ranked 5/8 in a subject but every one is within say 8% of each other will the 4th person get scaled alot more than the fifth if the 4th is on 80 and the 5th is on 79?

open a 2U maths book, see how that goes. then open a 3U book and see how that goes. You'll probs have to learn a shitload of maths over the xmas holidays to even be close to par, and thats if your a genius. But it's probs possible. oh and chemistry and physics.

the notes the forums the general information about stuff . . . is saving my hsc not so much for science and maths but for humanities. it is the cause of any remote success i have.

hey i have no idea what to do next year and i probably should. i like science and maths is ok i guess. i dont want to be some research scientist that gets no money . . . or a teacher. If thats possible. What course are you aiming for? :bomb:
