i think the mark is only awarded if you attemp to show working out of the question and if the working out is correct or close to you can get half marks for working out. or at least thats what my tutor told me:)

i dont know, i hope it! thats what i thought it was about when i appled for it, the write up in the csu course brocher (not that you can get a great understanding about it in them) said tha it was.

they can refer to a specific poem. they have in past tests, they can do the same with speeches, they asked for margret atwood and relate it to 2 other speeches, so they can and might! best thing is just to know a bit about all of your texts and a 3 or 4 in depth. :)

yeah but doesnt it cost you to change them? i heard it was 82 bucks for late fees of changing them, and they have to be ones already on your list

2 unit and general are completely different course and require different type of work eg 2 unit more about formulas in practice wereas genral is more practical working, if you do well in general you are just as likely to a get a good mark as if someone in 2 unit did badly. a girl at my school...

by paper 2 do you mean moduals? we are doing antony and cleopatra, brave new world and bladerunner and speeches. i get about 4-5 pages for each modual bout 45 mins for each. journeys is pretty easy if you know the techniques in the texts. we are doing imaginative. what are you guys doing? howd...

wow this is crazy, why does it matter hat uni you go to as long as you are in a course that you like, enjoy, and perform well in! at the end of the day no one is going to care what uni you went to, it doesnt say anything aboiut what type of person you are unless like melb you judge your own...

i ment in the actuall HSC all the marking teachers have to mark by the sam criteria, and yeah they would be similar because even though each teacher sets their own tests in the trials we all still study the same stuff eg parents and carers, needs and wants all the basic stuff

all teachers have to mark by the same criteria so it should all be pretty fair. highest mark in our grade was 94%. we did a yr 11 preliminary test the other day as easy revision and some of the old stuff we first learn was hard to remember. anyone else find that? will have to study up on it! :)

hey i do general and scaling depends on more than just your mark. if it is a really hard est and most people do badly or the average is low you get scaled up. i suck at maths big time. in the trail i got raw mark of 25 and got scaled up to 47% so it depends on how well the rest of the ppl doing...
