Thats a common problem with choosing your own unique units. Some units are not offered in both seasons. You would have to wait a year to pick it in the following year. You would just have to pick alternatives. Pick a unit from next year maybe.

At UWS, you just need to apply 2-3 months early. The paper work and agreetment needs to be done between units. It takes sometime.

Dorm life is pretty cheap and awesome. Do a little research on it. It is a very social and friendly place. As an international you will be treated special by some of the people, they would take you out to random places randomly, which is kinda fun.
