    No. Apparent Bias is when a judge is so closely associated with one of the parties before them that the law would automatically disqualify the judge from deciding the case. So it was B I dont think actual bias is an actual concept..

    I thought 9 was C- it wasnt equality of opportunity because the migrant didnt have the same opportunity to gain the greater experience....and so they were equal before the law...

    I know stuff on same sex, polgamous, customary, single families, de facto etc I can go into heaps of depth on domestic violence, and i know a bit about dissoulution of marriage except i get confused about all the plans and arghgh oh and children too

    A penalty no longer available is like corporal punishment e.g. torture The last question is from the 2005 section, where they acted really really specific questions based on the juvenile offenders current criminal justice issue- which not everyone studies. So it pretty much really fucked...

    Lear - Dramatic Techniques

    I talked about tragic structure, tragic recognition, setting, costuming, stage directions etc. My whole planned thing was pretty much all about it, lucky hey....wish I could have said the same for module A >_<
