Does anyone know about how you are assessed during the partner interview??? For mine it was informal and 70% of the time the partner was talking, with most of the discussion being about life in general. Any other thoughts??

Three interviews on the one day sounds like a gruelling process. I hope they gave you a break to relax cos I'd find what whole day (Interviews, Group Task, Written Exercise) incredibly draining.

That might be how they're doing it in Sydney, but I think for the Melbourne firm they are splitting it into two stages: 1. Assessment Day - Written Task / Interview with Senior Manager / Group Task 2. Follow up interview with Partner What was the process for you guys in Sydney?

Fair enough, I get ya. Had my group assessment yesterday (Wednesday) and am guessing if I don't here back from them by tommorrow (Friday) that I didn't make the cut. All the best with getting a vacation work spot!!
