the case study is covered in the tutes (just print off the lecture notes, it's the ones towards the end) They'll ask various questions on it - you'll basically need to know all the details pretty well. In my year, we studied Coke, no idea what they're doing this year.

Sculpture by Indola - it's the toughest stuff out there. It's also brushout. Joico ICE - also very tough, however it's not brushout. How are you curling your hair? You're putting the product in before you put it in curlers, right?

Review: MKTG101 One of the easiest subjects I have ever done, hands down. Even with zero business background I got D's and HD's for all my assessments... ended up with a high credit. (I totally didn't study for the case study... lol oops) The lectures seem long and scary but with fun lecturers...

You'll have to apply for some sort of waiver to do things at the same time. I've heard of it done before, but be prepared to have to change times. If you say "I have a clash I need to change classes" though, you shouldn't have too much of a problem getting into a class/lecture of your choice ;)
