Find the point of intersection of the normals to the parabola x^2= - 12y at the points (4,-1/3) and (-2, -1/3). Do I have to find TWO normals (one for the point 4, -1/3) and another for the point (-2, -1/3) and then solve them simulataneously? Any help would be much appreciated.

Can anyone please help me with this question? The latus rectum of a parabola has end points (2,3) and (6,3). Find two possible equations for the parabola. I think it's to do with simulataneous equations but I don't know where to start.

This isn't a very hard question but I was revising and got a bit confused with it. Find the equation of the focal chord that cuts the curve y^2 = 16x at (4,8) Any help would be much appreciated :)
