baucause oral science is directly related to b.dent, you would get to know more of the lecturers that are more involved with the dentistry course. how hard to get a DN average depends on how smart u are and how much effort you put in. how hard is it to get a 95UAI? not that hard for some...

internal transfers would always be easier than through uac. having said that you still need a DN average to get into dentistry wouldnt the better path be via b.oral science?

yes you can just do a single degree. i think the exception is combined law. you will only get 1 gpa. i.e they are combined edit: for combined law you can drop the law component and just do say the arts component if u wish but nice the otherway around

some unis are 50/50 uai.gpa. but i think usyd is 100%GPA after 1 year. again its up to YOU to check in the uac guide
