    physics help!!!!!!

Re: Help Please 1) Solenoid: A solenoid is a coil of insulated wire with a current passing through it. It utilises the principle that current has an associated magnetic field. A solenoid with an iron core inside it, intensifies the magnetic field (electromagnet). Bar Magnet: Permanent...

What should i do? (re: maths)

I'm not sure, if there is hope. How do others in your class feel about you getting low marks?

    Physics question

Did you make up this question. Charges do not have magnetic fields, they have electric fields.

    physics help!!!!!!

Here's a cool method: distance/displacement ---gradient gives---> speed/velocity ---gradient gives---> acceleration In other words, the gradient of the distance/displacement graph tells the speed /velocity, and the gradient of the speed/velocity graph tells the acceleration

    Physics Prelim Q's

I'm not really sure what you do about the 4 minutes, you'd have to give me the full question. The 2nd question, i don't know.

    Physics Prelim Q's

One coulomb (C) is the charge equal to the total charge on 6.28 x 10^18 electrons. If the charge on 1 electron is -1.6 x 10^-19 Coulombs then the charge on 7.3 x 10^19 electrons is -11.68 Coulombs :cold: This might be wrong. :cold:

    Physics Prelim Q's

    All waves operate at the speed of light (i think) velocity(m/s)=frequency(Hz) x wavelength(m) wavelength(m)=velocity(m/s)/frequency (Hz) wavelength (m)=(3.6 x 10^8) / (104.9 MHz x 1000 kHz x 1000 Hz) wavelength(m)= 3.43 metres somebody please verify!
