Re: Whats your fav. subject right now ? I like all of my subjects. Although, my favourite at the moment would have to be Chemistry, followed by Ext and Adv English and Legal Studies. Physics is definitely at the bottom for me-a little boring.

This term is going to be hectic and busy. I have midcourse exams in 5 weeks and I have assessments for every 2U subject that I do as well. Any ideas on how I could get through it all with good marks and still get sleep every night i.e. not having to get up early?

In my notes I covered how they worked in regards to digital signals and the social/environmental impacts and what not of the devices.

We're doing Gothic/Horror for our Ext. 1 English course this year. Our first novel is Dracula by Bram Stoker, thought it might be good to get a discussion happening on it. I'm not very far into it yet, but I'm struggling to get into it. Has anyone read/studied it and want to give me some ideas?

Thanks, I'm actually considering doing it. It's not like it's Ext 2 Maths where it's constant. I think that it could be fun, I do enjoy writing. Thanks for the tips

Yeah, I've heard about a lot of people doing it in the Summer holidays so they wouldn't have to spend so much time on it during the school terms and they could committ more to their other subjects. Do you know how long/big this project is? I know you have to do a journel and its a major work-so...

Mainly, about the time it would take up and whether I would actually be able to cope doing something of that magnitude. I don't want to do it, if I might not get really good marks.

I'm thinking of dropping Physics and picking up Ext 2 English :)

Thank you for your reply! I must say that writing is definately my strength when it comes to English and I really do enjoy it. I'm just a bit worried about the whole 'major project idea'
