yeah.. yet again the french are weird. Well for the speaking exams next weekend (OMG it's less than a week!!!) use vous. i don't think after the hsc i'm ever going to use my french... it'll just be forgotten, which is kinda sad. ummm no offense shazzam... but from feb 2004 to now is not a year...

i don't think that has worked for me. Cos i worked so hard and then got crap marks... so my brain has figured that if i work hard and i get crap marks.. there's no point working at all. i can get crap results without spendin a lot of time trying to do well.

in my trials i got asked about junk food.. i was totally unprepared for that... she kept asking about whether i ate at places like maccas, whether i ate healthy, what i ate at home etc...

simple about what to say... "moi, je n'aime pas les jeux olympiques parce que mon emission prefere, (insert name here), a ete (cancelled)...." then divert it off to talking about your favourite tv show or something. they prob wouldn't come back to it, unless they were to ask about sport, which...

always start with vous, and when they start talking in tu, you start talking in tu (which might not work if they're operating on the same premise as you..) if they're older than you, i'd generally use vous, it's respectful. in exams, definitely use vous!!!

yeah my teacher said that they will most likely ask about olympicsand stuff, seeing as it only happens once every 4 years... and they ask a lot about reasons for doing stuff, or not doing stuff.

i just have a hard cover A4 book... it's no where near full... and most of the stuff in there is just printed out from the net or whatever... not much actually written in there. i also have a display folder with my drafts in it. SO all together, i don't have much to prove my work...

yes i am one sad deprived child. no milk, ice cream, cream, yoghurt etc and no city. i would like to know my way around the city. I figure if i get into sydney uni next year, i'll have to learn, so better late than never! pity we don't all have the same time for french at the same place...

are they sposed to use long words? mine doesnt use long words. Its quite simplistic actually. when i showed it to someone, they said it seemed "really chatty". i didn't think that was a good thing so i tried to fix it... but it's still not good!
