Yeah IT @ UTS doesn't need textbooks, they have reading notes and stuff which are about $20 for the subject but no real textbooks at all, the stuff is taught in lectures and tutes/labs (if your tutor is smart that is). Other subjects like business need them, he only does BIT so he's lucky...

I'd say 99.50+ easy, and for the external marks you'll keep them according to your ranks, if everyone does very well that'll become your internal mark too And high rank schools may have bad internal marks for something, but it's due to their exams, like your 83 mark, so in the actual HSC it...

Well i dont know about band 6, but yes, keep trying, and good luck, you may be surprised at how well you can do if you actually do the work.

Just do as well as you can here on in, it can lift your ATAR by atleast 10-20 points depending on how well you do in trials & HSC
