Well, basically at 3.50 on Friday "POS REBUILD IN PROGRESS" Messages appeared on all 18 checkouts and couldn't be cleared. Then, all 5 SCO machines froze (you know how when they are going slow, you see the sand timer appear? They were all stuck on that). It took some panicked calls to IT etc but...

Realised something today. Being at work when we lose all 18 checkouts and all 5 self serve machines, during our busiest couple of hours is NOT fun!

The Awkward moment when I turn at 7.50 to start my 8am shift, and the supervisor who was opening turns up at the exact same time, having slept in, and is running to the back door screaming to me "I SLEPT IN!! HELP ME!!" haha thank god for our SSA and ASM who had put the money in.

What I would have done is gone Refunds > Return Item. Type 3.728 and press weight. Then find Jarrahdale in the Veg A-Z and press that, ensuring the price is correct. I'm unsure about the rest as I don't have a register in front of me, but that refunds the Jarrahdale. Hope that helps a bit.

Anyone else's SCO Machines not printing out Cash Management reports? Went to print them tonight as per usual and all that printed out was the receipt header. Was very weird!
