If the units you failed were prerequisites for second year units, then your forced to do them the next upcoming semester. If they are electives then you can redo them or take completely new units to suit (overload, summer & winter school). Double check with your course co-ordinator.

C'town is bigger and more modern due to the recent developments/facilities. It would depend on the course your transferring to though. C'town is the medicine, health and sports science centre. Parra is more of a mixed bag, I would go for whichever is closer for you.

I doubt you will be doing any units at Blacktown. From memory, they're letting the current students finish off there and the new ones are being moved to Parra. Hence the new carpark and general purpose building at Parra Campus.

Well if UWS went to the trouble of renaming the hawkesbury courses to the umbrella called B. Natural Science (insert major here) for marketing purposes, they could at least started with the uni's name itself. P.S They really did rename the courses at hawkesbury for marketing purposes.
