    Anyone into photography?

I am not into photography as such, apart from some "accidental" photgraphy. Basically, I was on a school retreat and we were leaving and I was snapping photos. This shot was taken using my phone Nokia 6110 camera out of a moving bus. The place was so beautiful, that even in this raw picture...

    Newstart- anyone received it?

My friend is almost 18 and gets paid about 8.50 dollars an hour at maccas. Wtf is that. I get about 14, I'm just 18, and I'm at coles. Yours seems well low for a 21 y.o.

Need help in interpretation of this quote

I think you've hit the nail on the head with those interpretations. However, the "celebration" of the self suggests not only what you have mentioned (which to me is more how the sense of self is in existance) but also how the individuality of the characters is not only recognised but lauded...

    Scriptwriter's '08

You know what? Don't worry. So what if it is controversial, if you can show that you have grasped the style well and your script is rocking they CANNOT mark you down for something they disagree with. Of course some would argue that they would be indisposed to it. I say... do what is...

    Sub-categories in The Reading Room?

Hard to use a search function when people use different terms for the same things. This is especially true on The Reading Room which tends to lend itself to a greater useage of our vocabularly.

    Mental Illness

That article was really good, thanks. I like that idea... that each case is so individual that you cannot use a set of regulated norms to define their mental issue. And that the entire idea of mental illness is defunct in itself. Hmm.
