Ive found with my results the scaling iused this year was coniderably lower than last year :( But Im not sure if it was general scaling or just particular subjects.

I screwed up my exam (I was sick) but I got 18/20 for pretty much all my assessments for crime fiction.

I liked that question. It was still very 'open'. I found it easy to write that response, especially compared to when youre practically told exactly what to write.

Thanks guys. Im going to do general. Ive made up my mind. Realistically, I dont think my mark in mathematics (including the scaling up) would be as high as my scaled down general mark. So Ill take the chance with general :)

Doesnt surprise me actually. Generally, Ive found art teachers look at art differently to English teachers. It would kind of be like an Art teacher marking an english paper. Art is "weird" in the sense that what someone considers great my look..not so good to someone else, and vice versa.
