Well I think your misunderstanding the first link. Just because he said "Ask why" doesn't mean you go asking why for every single question that pops up. Ask proper questions, not like the questions you have asked above.

They never will be asked in exams. Just look at your last question... why would you want to ask that?

There are two types of chlorophyll, a and b, they absorb light at specific ranges and the energy from this light undergo the light reactions. In order to understand the light reactions you gotta go awwaaaaay from the syllabus to know what happens though.

Re: University Statistics Discussion Marathon Yeah that's the easy part but what's the interpretation of the p value? That's the part which I need to understand. The two figures I posted (the one you helped me in and the second one now) have different null and alternative hypothesis tests.
