Well I think your misunderstanding the first link. Just because he said "Ask why" doesn't mean you go asking why for every single question that pops up. Ask proper questions, not like the questions you have asked above.

They never will be asked in exams. Just look at your last question... why would you want to ask that?

There are two types of chlorophyll, a and b, they absorb light at specific ranges and the energy from this light undergo the light reactions. In order to understand the light reactions you gotta go awwaaaaay from the syllabus to know what happens though.

    Prelim Chem Thread

Don't wanna go into too much detail for that one but basically light reactions are carried out in the thylakoid membrane of the chloroplast where light energy is converted to chemical energy, after the light reactions occur the Calvin Cycle (also known as the Kreb's cycle) takes place, forming...

How does one do well when they struggle in maths

This method worked for me, not sure if it will work for you. I done this in the last month towards the HSC, basically for 2U, I looked at quite alot of past papers from other schools (Ruse, Baulko, etc.) and I would "attempt" to do the questions which I have trouble with. If I knew how to do...

    Statistics Marathon & Questions

Re: University Statistics Discussion Marathon Yeah that's the easy part but what's the interpretation of the p value? That's the part which I need to understand. The two figures I posted (the one you helped me in and the second one now) have different null and alternative hypothesis tests.

    Statistics Marathon & Questions

Re: University Statistics Discussion Marathon How come the null and alternative tests are different in this case? Is it because there are no categorical variables? This is confusing knowing whether there will be a relationship or not depending on the type of variables, do you know what I mean?
