I'm anxious about my 2 upcoming speeches. I wish they were over and done with, but I have to wait another two weeks. We're marked on our 'pace', but I struggle to pace myself when there's a time limit.

I'm glad you found bio to be alright. My 1st biology test isn't until the end of the month. I like bio, my teacher is great. I just favour my other subjects a bit more.

I have the best legal studies teacher. He was handing back our exam papers from last Friday. He stops in front of my desk and shakes his head. I'm thinking - crap! I've flunked this - he drops my paper in front of me, and I had one question wrong. Instead of 'good job' or 'excellent' he...

I completed an entire assignment this weekend. :monkey: 3 A4 pages of writing (size 8 font), and a PowerPoint presentation. Thank you Nailgun, for providing a link to that Harvard referencing generator. I only had to make a few minor tweaks. Feeling quite self assured - bring on my A grade!

I thought so. Because, some of my friends seem to have a light workload and a lot of free time. Whereas I have 9 assignments due by June. I've only received 3 so far, thankfully - all are due within the next fortnight though.

Out of curiosity, does every school have the exact same assignments for the same subjects?

Are you serious, how did I not know about this? our teacher has us using a 13 page guide from UNSW. I'm sure I've spent more time doing my referencing than I have spent actually doing the assignment. I was just about to develop trichotillomania, lol.

I admittedly haven't toured UNSW, so I might actually do that, and then I can make an unbiased decision. I've heard UNSW is good for commerce though :)

Haa - USYD has been my life long goal, though I've been contemplating UNSW lately.

8/15 is still a pass :) It's unfortunate, but some teachers just mark harder than others.

Has someone figured out how to look serious while delivering an oral presentation? Theoretically speaking, if your friends are being comedians while you're presenting, and it's going to influence you, what're some ways around that?
