    i need help in physics..........

It took me about 4hrs to finnish a single prelim module, and I work faster than most people, so I wouldn't reasonably expect others to read, understand, remember and practice enough in an amount of time significantly less than 4hrs/module.

    numbers vs letter grades

Numbers are better because I'll know how well i'm doing and I can compare it to other people. :D Letter grades are a bit vague, and how do you know which of 2 A's is better? What about math? I wouldn't like to know I got an A in math, I would like to know how many marks I lost. :D Only english...

    Need some log help

    For 1. Your u' is wrong. If y= e^x y' = e^x If y= e^f(x) y' = f'(x).e^f(x) (chain rule) Therefore if u=e^2x u'=2e^2x If u=e^x u'=e^x For 2. sqrt.[f(x)] = [f(x)]^(1/2) ln [f(x)]^a = a.ln[f(x)] Therefore sqrt.(2-x) = (2-x) ^(1/2) ln(2-x)^(1/2) = 1/2 .ln(2-x) For 2 b) For...

    Inverse Trig: Help!

I'm having trouble with this question. Can somebody show me how it is done? Express cos@ in terms of cos (@/2) and hence show that tan^-1 [sqrt.[(1-x)/(1+x)]] = 0.5 cos^-1 (x) Hence find d/dx [ tan^-1 sqrt.((1-x)/(1+x)) ]
