Back in Year 9 and 10, I wrote out subjects that were core such as science, maths, english, history etc. and then typed out ones that had few notes or I could put low effort into it and still go well like PDHPE and Visual Arts

Dropping to 10 units is risky, since you won't have a backup if you stuff a test up. If you found year 11 extremely extremely tough, then drop 2, but I would strongly recommend against dropping to 10 units.

Have a look on a uni you want to go to and their recommended studies for year 11 and 12. I'm not familiar with medicine and what is needed of that.

Some universities I think if applying for early entry, take a look at the Prelim results and the half yearly HSC results. But if you're not applying for early entry, there's not much for it except the practice for Year 12.

The game takes up very little data while playing. Over 3 hours I only used 20-30 mb, not too bad for a GPS based game

I do both legal and business as well, I think both of them are equal in difficulty in year 11 so far. I like the bland subjects though, so I like both of them. Pick the one you think you'd like best and the one you think you are the best at.

At any school, this isn't going to get any better until the rest of the year is mature which is usually year 10-11. Just focus on the studies, and find some like-minded people.
