and for the thread starter: you should seriously consider whether you should do EXT1 maths. putting aside your ability at doing the course, you have to ask yourself, "would this happen to me again?"

Ancient History - 77% (2/20)
Business Studies - 89% (1/30)
Economics - 72% (4/6)
English Advanced - 94% (2/45)
Mathematics Extension 1 - 86% (4/28)
Mathematics Extension 2 - 66%...
all your aligned HSC marks (except society) would and should be above 90
your internal ranks are excellent
so theres no reason why you shouldn't get above 85, if not 90

the marking scale 2 3 8 12 was VERY restrictive: if you didnt know something youre screwed (i.e. festivals for me).
the 2 2 5 6 10 structure was good cause if you forgot one thing it wouldnt hurt so much.....
